With limited exceptions, valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit. Damaged/defective items will be subject to an exchange if in stock.

All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 24 hours after the return is processed.

All final sale items are marked as such and cannot be returned for store credit.

Our products are purely handmade so we need 1 to 2 weeks processing time, especially for customized products. 

For Europe, the estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 weeks after processing the order.

For North America, the estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 weeks after processing the order.

We do not charge sales tax/VAT/customs duties for specific countries. However, in certain cases, these taxes may be levied upon delivery. Customers are responsible for the payment of such taxes to receive their goods and should consider this carefully before placing an order.
