Mit wenigen Ausnahmen werden gültige Retouren in Form einer Gutschrift erstattet. Beschädigte/defekte Artikel können umgetauscht werden, sofern sie auf Lager sind.
Alle fälligen Gutschriften, Rückerstattungen und/oder Umtausche werden innerhalb von 48 Stunden nach der Bearbeitung der Rücksendung ausgestellt.
Alle Endverkaufsartikel sind als solche gekennzeichnet und können nicht gegen Gutschrift zurückgegeben werden.

For Europe, the estimated delivery time will be approximately 2 weeks after processing the order.
